My Sifu Grandmaster Sam Tam

Filed under: TaiChi — Nina @ 5:58 pm

Master Tam is wonderful and unique.
What he does is the “real thing”. And he can teach it.
Here in the west people believe if they learn a form, (a series of movements), that they are
doing Tai Chi. But Tai Chi is much more than the form, and many people practicing the
form do not feel the chi in their bodies.
Master Tam teaches the core principles of the art. He also emphasizes the necessity for
standing meditation, and gives detailed instruction on how to do this. When you practice
what he teaches, you will feel the Chi.

If you have a chance to attend one of his workshops, don’t miss it.

You have to see him and touch him to really understand how unique he is.

I feel blessed to have found him, and that he is my teacher.

  1. Yes - he is unique and he DOES teach the REAL thing!

and i also feel incredibly blessed to have found him - through you! Thank you for sending all those photos of workshops and telling me about him.

the last 2 days literally BLEW my mind, haha!

and i feel so happy to have listened to my inner voice by not going to Tai Chi teachers who i felt did not do the real thing (but of course they do some good as well!) and knowing that i will find a teacher to teach me these Internal Arts! And guess what? Not running behind things really pays off.

I am FASCINATED till the depth of my soul! And I GOT TO HOLD THE SWORD!!! FINALLY! (Ilya- hide yours…haha! I will ask a milliong questions and you will HAVE to teach me! And please throw in some Mandarin lessons as well - i will absorp like a sponge! :) ))))

anyway! i will write you an e-mail! it was an adventure of many dimensions!

    much love!
